Cookie Policy

This policy explains which technologies erticloud.com, worvli.erticloud.com and remote.erticloud.com (the “Websites”) use to store or read information on your device. It complements our Privacy Policy. It is provided by [full name of the individual entrepreneur — to be filled in], operating under the brand Erti Cloud.

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. The Websites do not set any cookies, neither our own nor third-party ones. We do not use analytics, advertising, social media plugins, tracking pixels, fingerprinting or similar technologies.

The Websites use your browser’s local storage for two preferences:

• theme — whether you chose the light or dark colour theme. It is saved when you use the theme switch.
• lang — the language you chose in the language menu. It is saved when you pick a language, so that the Websites open in that language next time.

These values stay in your browser, are not sent to us or anyone else, and contain no personal identifiers. They are kept until you clear your browser’s site data.

When you open the English version of a Website for the first time and have not chosen a language, the page reads your browser’s preferred languages and, if we offer one of them, opens that language version. This check happens only in your browser and stores nothing.

Laws such as the EU ePrivacy Directive require consent for storing information on a device, except where the storage is strictly necessary for a service the user explicitly requested. Remembering a theme or language that you selected yourself falls under this exception, so we do not ask for consent and do not show a banner.

If we ever introduce technologies that require consent, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent before using them.

The Worvli web app stores your game progress in your browser and caches its files so that it works offline. This is described in the Worvli Privacy Policy. The Remote apps are covered by the Remote Privacy Policy.

You can delete the stored preferences at any time by clearing the site data for our Websites in your browser settings. The Websites will then use your system theme and the default language again.
